About Tarun
I'm also a professional Voice-Over Artist, Stand-Up Comedian, Emcee and Actor. As a dubbing artist, I can modulate my voice to fit different characters and accents working in a large number of Bollywood films and have lent my voice to companies such as IKEA, Volkswagen, Cox & Kings, GMM Faudler, ONN and Amazon Prime. My accent videos are hugely popular and have been picked up by news channels such as CNN & India Today.

Do you have a heavy or strong accent when you communicate, which is making you conscious? The area in which I provide value to my students is as a communications coach where I specialize in voice and accent training. I teach students how to reduce or neutralize their heavy accents and the basics of soft skills which are required in a corporate working environment. I will be teaching you simple techniques which you can apply in your everyday lives. I also specialize in teaching accents - If we take the example of learning the American accent - what we'll do throughout the lessons are a combination of different techniques and exercises to get your tongue used to speaking in an American accent. We will work - learning vowel sounds, mastering the "R", correct intonations, contractions (can't, won't, gonna, wanna etc..). We will have to start with a basic phonetic sound chart to really understand how each sound constructs the word in an American accent. We will work using monologues and scenes from American movies to help you find the rhythm in the speech and to understand what someone from that side of the world would say colloquially. There are certain words and idioms that Americans tend to use a lot so that will be covered as well. Simultaneously, while we learn a particular accent, the current accent gets neutralized.
