About Sorcha
I absolutely love Irish. I am a native speaker and attended a Gaelscoil (all Irish primary school). I lost a bit of my love for Irish in secondary school as I was no longer immersed in the language daily.
I then studied Irish in University and this is where my love for the language truly blossomed. It changed my perspective on the language entirely. I have worked in the Irish language theatre industry and continue to share my love of Irish with the world!

My approach to lessons depends on what my student is looking for. If a person is looking for help with Irish as an exam subject, the focus will be on written, oral and aural work while also fostering a love for the language.
For the casual learner, getting to know what you'd like to learn is key.
For those who need to complete the TEG oral / Irish language interview for a teaching masters application, I have been there and know exactly what you need.
My number one aim is to make learning Irish fun!
Lessons last an hour. I am studying to become a primary school teacher so I have all the skills needed for teaching Irish.
