About Sofia
During the period of my university studies in Italian literature, I always offered tutoring classes and during the specialization in language teaching, I perfected my skills in teaching Italian as a foreign language. For years I have been students of all ages with whom I have always established a relationship of trust and friendship!
I have been living in Paris for a year and my level of French is still improving every day, reminding me of my passion for languages and intercultural exchanges, but also the fact that learning a language is a long journey, and I would be happy to accompany you. in yours!

Each student deserves their own method and no lesson is ever the same because the center of my method is you!
We will organize the course together, building it around your personal interests, your work or your passions!
You will quickly acquire good skills in:
- ORAL EXPRESSION: the most important! We'll talk a lot and about everything (and not just with our hands!). The priority in learning a language is COMMUNICATION!
- AUDITORY COMPREHENSION: because it's fantastic to be able to speak, but also to understand what we are told! We will help each other with all kinds of audiovisual media (short films, small videos and lots of music).
- TEXTUAL UNDERSTANDING AND IMPROVEMENT OF WRITING: being able to read texts in the original language is always a satisfaction. As for writing, we will train ourselves to write texts according to your centers of interest and your needs, whether professional emails or love letters!
As already mentioned, the course will be structured taking into account your personal needs and interests and will of course adapt to your level, whatever it is!
Alas, homework is necessary. But do not despair, we will decide together the amount of work, taking into account your availability and your objectives. Learning Italian should be a pleasure, not a duty, but without practicing a little every day, it will be impossible to celebrate your goals!
My goal is to make you love the Italian language and culture, and for that I offer you my knowledge and my enthusiasm!
