Perfect! Gioele was warm and welcoming with a lovely smile and informal style that instantly put me at ease. I really enjoyed the taster lesson he gave me where he had me jump straight into speaking Italian covering the basics of a first lesson such as who I am, what I do, my hobbies, family, etc. He then spoke a bit about himself in Italian which was a nice way to both connect and practice my listening comprehension. He used this as a vehicle for my learning by having me type, in Italian, what I had understood. He then gave me feedback, helping to improve my grammar and spelling. I like that Gioele shared his screen and drew/typed stuff for the lesson as it helped engage me as it gave me a visual and audio input to my learning

Perfect! Gioele is a super encouraging tutor who gets an understanding of your reason for learning Italian and how you best learn then applies that to his lessons. He uses a range of methods to learn each aspect of of the language such as speaking to you and listening to audio in only Italian so you get used to hearing and applying the language instead of just working through a book.
