1. Enhancing Cognitive Abilities: Scientific research has demonstrated that playing music activates and stimulates cranial nerves, fostering increased activity, speed, positivity, and creativity. Playing music engages our visual, auditory, and motor cortex simultaneously. Therefore, I consistently encourage my students to utilize their senses and ideas to think, feel, create, and listen to music. These skills not only empower them to create and address musical challenges but also equip them to tackle real-life problems using these methods.

2. Stress Resistance Training: Performing music helps boost our resilience to stress. Whether it's speaking in front of large audiences or facing job interviews, we all encounter nervous situations. Through my 20 years of experience in international music festivals auditions, professional orchestral auditions, and live performances, I share valuable strategies with my students to help them overcome stress and nervousness. These techniques are transferable and can be applied effectively in various other areas, including job interviews, public speaking, and social interactions.

3. Ensuring Correct Postures: The correct postures for playing musical instruments are akin to the fundamental structure of a building. Incorrect postures can lead to long-term bodily injuries, as musicians use multiple muscles and bones, similar to athletes. Therefore, I prioritize adjusting my students' postures to prevent future injuries and ensure their long-term well-being.

4. Musical Skills and Artistry: With over 20 years of experience in learning music through countless lessons, performances, and auditions, as well as studying under numerous music masters, I am confident in imparting my musical knowledge, skills, and experiences to my students. This includes insights into different composers' styles, solo, chamber, and orchestral skills, as well as experiences gained from music festivals, orchestral auditions, and performances. My students can benefit from my accumulated wisdom, creativity, and expertise, applying these assets not only to their musical journeys but also to enrich their lives in various ways.
