Methodology

Hi, My name's Jasmine and I am a woodwind and piano teacher.
I am friendly and enthusiastic, and I am keen to help you learn and progress, but I am also happy to have fun! I have been teaching for 4 years, and have loved every minute of it!

- Which subject(s) do you teach?

I teach clarinet, saxophone, recorder and piano, and I also include music theory. I also teach other kinds of clarinet, saxophone and recorder.

- Tell me about your qualifications.
I have graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of music and Dance, and
I have also completed the LTCL course which is a teaching diploma.

- How much do you charge?

I do half price for a trial lesson, plus £5 for travel.
£30 for 1hr
£25 for 45 mins
£20 for 30 mins

- Where do you teach?

I'm willing to teach at home, or come to my students' homes.
I live in Caterham and i don't have a car, but I am willing to travel. Croydon isn't too far, or around Purley area by train is fairly easy to get to.

- When are you available?

I am available Monday and Tuesday either at home or at students' houses.

- Which ages and levels do you teach?

I teach most ages, though I do not teach below the age of four.
Adults are welcome any age. I teach piano and recorder up to grade 5, clarinet grade 8 and saxophone grade 6.

- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?

Clarinet - I can prepare up to grade 8.
Saxophone - up to grade 6.
Recorder - up to grade 5.
Piano - up to grade 5.
Theory - up to grade 5
