About Charlie
I have over 13 years of musical experience/education and have numerous piano teachers in my life so far.
I was accepted into Chetham's School of Music at the age of 14 to study an intense course of jazz and classical piano. After this, I went on to study Music at Degree level at Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.

My lessons are tailored to each student, as everyone learns in different ways.
Approaching the lesson in a structured way is the best way to track progress and the easiest way for speedy results (something we all want).
Practise should have an end goal, even if that is to just play through one of your favourite songs. We will focus on what you enjoy playing/want to play while practising proper technique. Lessons are usually 1 hour, but can do longer if that is what you want!
We can also go through specific sounds of keyboard parts in certain songs (while learning the piano) if that is something you are interested in!
I teach everyone from 8 years old, to adults at any ability.
