About Julia
I began my yoga journey in 2009 while doing a full-time management job - I felt I needed something to help me keep fit but also to help me deal with the stresses of my career. By 2019 I was so passionate about yoga I decided to train as a yoga teacher and change my career to something I really loved. I currently work at various venues for Fife Sports and Leisure Trust teaching hatha, vinyasa and chair styles of yoga.
I am fully insured and registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals.

My classes are planned carefully each week and always have a theme to explore through yoga. Classes can be relaxed and soothing with a lot of floor work or can be faster and flowing (in a more vinyasa style). Expect to learn different types of pranayama (controlled breath), sun and moon salutation and the full range of seated, standing and lying down poses and twists. My Hatha classes finish with a relaxation session (Savasana) or Yoga Nidra. With a variety of classes on offer the client can choose to feel energised or relaxed at the end of each session.
