My approach is holistic, supportive, and student-centered. I strive to create a nurturing environment where students feel comfortable, encouraged, and empowered to learn at the comfort of your home.
Teaching Techniques and Methods
#know the student - allow student to open up to heal the innerself.
# Hands-on practice and exercises to help students integrate Reiki principles and techniques.
# Interactive discussions: allow students to share experiences, ask questions, and receive feedback.
# Guided meditations: Led meditations in the beginning and end of the class to facilitate relaxation, energy balancing, and spiritual connection.
Typically, my classes consist of 4 sessions
1. Introduction and intention setting (60 minutes) learn about intention setting
2. Theory and discussion (30-40 minutes) learn about chakras, colours and symbols
3. Practical exercises and hands-on practice (40-60 minutes)
4. Q&A and closing meditation (10-20 minutes)
Every class begins with and end with meditation, cleansing healing.
Each class last for 60 minutes
