- Take notes on the student's goals, preferred learning methods, and any specific areas they want to focus on.
4. Goal Setting (10 minutes):
- Collaboratively establish SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals based on the student's needs and aspirations.
- Discuss short-term and long-term objectives.
- Set a timeline for achieving these goals.
5. Wrap-Up (5 minutes):
- Summarize the key points discussed during the meeting.
- Reiterate the agreed-upon goals and timeline.
- Confirm the next steps, whether it's scheduling future lessons or additional assessments.
