About Juan Miguel

Hi! I’m Juan Miguel, a native Spanish speaker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Colombia.

Eleven years ago, I moved to the United States and learned English completely from scratch. Having walked in your shoes, I deeply understand the challenges, doubts, and triumphs that come with learning a new language and adapting to a new culture.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in diverse industries—from human services to customer-facing roles. I genuinely love interacting with people from all walks of life, listening to their stories, and helping them succeed.

My background allows me to combine academic structure with empathy, patience, and real-world communication skills. When you learn with me, you’re not just practicing a language—you’re building real confidence in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

I’m excited to support you on your Spanish journey!
