I have 10 years experience as a teacher and 30 years experience as a player.

I have a variety of students whose ages range from 8 to 70.
I have students preparing for grade 8 and also people who just want to improve their playing without taking exams.

I have 10 years experience of teaching brass. I am a player with 30 years experience.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach all brass instruments.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I attended the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
- How much do you charge?
I offer a taster lesson for 30 mins to prospective pupils and thereafter lessons are £15 for 30 minutes or £30 per hour.
- Where do you teach?
I teach in Lingfield Surrey. I have premises which l use for teaching in the centre of the village. Nearby towns are East Grinstead, Edenbridge, Oxted, Godstone, Forest Row.
- When are you available?
I am available during the day, or after school. I also teach adults so am flexible with times and days.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
From age 8 upwards. Adults are also most welcome.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I can offer tuition for Trinity Guildhall exams. ABRSM exams can also be offered if preferred.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
I try to make lessons interesting and find music that you enjoy playing.
I run a training band which you can join when you've reached a certain standard, which means you mix with other brass players.
