About Courtney
Hi!! im Courtney and im currently training to become a yoga instructor, I am currently a junior instructor, meaning I have passed my junior teacher certification. To account for this my classes have 25% off whilst I finish my qualification.
I have always loved yoga and feel it provides an escape and allows for a deeper connection with the body. My favourite types of yoga are: Hatha (more intense) and Vinyasa flow (more relaxed).
wether you're looking for an intense yoga workout or a relaxing restorative class, I can tailor a class to you and your needs.

I am currently a junior yoga instructor completing my 200 hour yoga alliancecourse. I am currently only a junior instructor but i am insured and able to teach. My classes can be tailored to all ages and conditions.
I will get to know you and your needs before creating a personalised class/es to perfectly fit your needs. wether that Be to relax and unwind or more of a yoga workout I can tailor a plan to you.

also whilst I am waiting to be completely qualified my lessons will be discounted (25%) to allow me to gain experience whilst delivering an excellent yoga class to you.

Courtney is such a friendly individual and she is so reassuring when it comes to yoga. I was very nervous about starting yoga lessons because I am not very bendy haha but Courtney was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable in my own abilities. I would recommend her to anyone looking for yoga teacher.
Courtney is a fantastic tutor shes understands that we don't all learn in the same way and she easily adapts to this. She is also very friendly and greats a good connection between tutor and learner.
