About Parul
I have learned Kathak from Kalahetu(under the patronage of Pandit Birju Maharaj) practiced for 15 years and performed at many national and international level dance shows.I have given stage shows in Delhi, Phnom Penh(cambodia) and I am practice and teach yoga and meditation.

Dance is an expression of Self. So my classes will have a deep meaning and it not only makes you learn dance but you will also be transformed physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually.
We will cover Om kaaram ,Guru Vandana, Tatkaar (Footwork) Teentaal, Padhant, Natya Kramaha, Anga Suddhi ,Hastaks / Hand movements , Hastaks: Movement Vocabulary, Chakkars, Chaals, Sums etc
In 20 classes a-lot of Basic movements will become part of your muscle memory.

1.For Children number of classes to cover Part-1 takes 20 classes. So 20x700=14000, but children can pay only 12000 for Part-1
2.For Adults number of classes to cover Part-1 takes 10 classes. So 10x700=7000, but adults can pay only 6500 for Part-1
