I am a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced tutor. With 13 years of experience teaching in schools, colleges and adult education, I can tailor each session to suit your needs to ensure you can be successful in areas you find challenging.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach History and English predominantly, but am also qualified to teach Geography, Humanities, Citizenship and Functional Skills.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I gained my QTS through the Graduate Teacher Programme in 2005 in conjunction with The University of Hertfordshire. Before this time I worked as an archaeologist in the Home Counties. In 2003 I completed my Masters in Archaology at UCL, following gaining a 2:1 for a BA in Archaeology at The University of Birmingham.
- How much do you charge?
£30 per hour from my home and £32.50 if I have to travel within 10 miles.
- Where do you teach?
I am available to teach from my home and can travel to you.
- When are you available?
I have availability Monday-Friday 9am-2.30pm. I am also available on Tuesdays after school.

History - Primary, KS3, GCSE and A-Level
