My personal educational ideology is that learning takes place most effectively when children are relaxed, having fun and enjoying what they are learning. With this in mind my lessons will be tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on making the learning as enjoyable as possible.
I would spend the first few lessons assessing the strengths and needs of the student, after this my lessons will be planned to be bespoke to the learner and assist them in the way I have determined they are likely to learn most effectively.
