Javier has a very wide variety of skills, is very understanding and supportive. I went to Javier as a beginner and was very worried about my first classes as I wasn’t exactly the athletic type. He made me feel at ease, explained everything and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The progress we have made over the past couple of months has been amazing and I would recommend him to anybody that is a little self conscious about their weight but wants to do something exciting with their life. I can’t live without having lessons three times a week.
