About Luviu
My name is Liviu Dohi and I am a fully qualified Level 3 NVQ Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, as well a 5 DAN Black Belt Kickboxing Trainer. I have been practising kickboxing for 35 years and I have reached a high level of performance in this field. I won the National title three times in my home country, Romania. I am a WKF Vice-European Kickboxing Champion (2015) and a WKF World Champion (2016). I have been acting as a Personal Trainer and kickboxing instructor for 25 years. I have a private gym, fully equipped to help you improve your stretching, flexibility and mobility of your vulnerable joints or muscles, your endurance, stamina and fitness condition.
