About Ife
I am a London-based kids yoga teacher working through BEAM, where I support children in developing focus, emotional regulation and body awareness through movement, breath and storytelling.
I was initially drawn to teaching yoga through my own long-term practice and an interest in how movement affects children's focus and emotional regulation. Over time, this developed into working with young learners in structured settings, where I now guide sessions that are engaging and easy to follow.
I am DBS checked, with experience working with children in educational and studio settings.

I offer 30-60 minute lessons tailored to age, attention span and experience level.
Sessions are structured but engaging, using simple movement sequences combined with breathwork and storytelling to support focus, balance and emotional regulation.
Classes are adapted to different confidence levels and are suitable for complete beginners.
The aim is to help children develop body awareness and a positive relationship with movement in a supportive environment.
