About Mio
I am a recent Economics Graduate from King's College London with a genuine passion for teaching and helping others in their academic journey. I believe it is a duty for us to teach others around us and help those who are struggling. For this reason, I always maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver each lesson with enthusiasm. I am well experienced in teaching a variety of students at different levels of attainment in all three of my subject areas, so I have proven experience in accurately tailoring lessons to each student's needs. As an experienced tutor specialising in these key subjects, I offer personalised guidance tailored to your unique learning style and academic goals. A lesson with me will typically last 1 hour, but they can be longer if necessary. Whilst the lessons are thorough, they are always relaxed and fun due to my laid-back style of teaching. I always aim to ask provocative questions which will lead the student to the correct answer by themselves. In this way, the student will have a clear and logical understanding of the concept that they alone have built. I encourage questioning of anything and everything- no question is silly! My lessons are for anyone willing to improve and get the most out of their learning. Whether you simply need to brush up on a few tricky subject areas, or are really struggling with the fundamentals, my revision sessions will ensure you are ready for those important GCSE and A-level exams.
