About Daniela
I am a flute tutor with 10 years of experience and over 150 students taught. I believe learning the flute should be both structured and inspiring. I focus on developing technical skills such as breath control, tone, finger technique, and rhythm while encouraging creativity, improvisation, and musical expression.
Lessons are tailored to each student’s learning style, pace, and goals, ensuring effective progress while keeping learning fun and engaging. I also guide students in sight-reading, music theory, and performance skills, providing a comprehensive musical education. My mission is to help students grow into confident, expressive, and passionate flautists.

I teach flute using a methodology that emphasises adaptability, collaboration, and encouragement. Every student learns differently, so I tailor lessons to their unique learning style, pace, and goals. This personalised approach ensures that students remain motivated while making consistent progress in both technical skill and expressive playing.
Flexibility allows me to adjust exercises, repertoire, and lesson plans according to the student’s growth, interests, and ambitions. Collaboration is a core principle, with students participating in duets, ensemble practice, and interactive sessions to develop timing, musical communication, and confidence. Positivity is at the heart of every lesson, creating a supportive environment where students feel inspired to explore, experiment, and celebrate achievements.
In addition to flute performance, I incorporate music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This holistic methodology nurtures technical mastery and musical understanding, helping students become well-rounded, expressive, and confident musicians.
