 2 Years Diploma in Plant cultivation & landscape designing. Pune Famous college for teaching various subjects including Botany, landscape designing. I choose a diploma, as I had my plant nursery, I needed in a short time, which was very much helpful to me while doing work physically )

 Various types of propagation (In our diploma they taught various types of propagation methods Air layering, grafting, seed propagation multiplication, etc..)
 Garden Maintenance ( After completion of the diploma , I started taking of various garden contacts which include small bungalow, housing complex, factory sites, it ranges from 5000 sq.ft. to 4-5 acres. Namely with Bharat forge, Kirloskar Bros, Loctite, I.E.C pneumatic tools, etc… )

Details of Work Experience:

 Experience of handling own Plant Nursery ( I had my own nursery in my own plot of 12,000 sq.ft. At the beginning when I started nursery, it was a total virgin land. It was a definite challenge to make the land fertile to start a nursery. The land was 6 km away from the main city, naturally, it was without electricity, so digging a borewell was another challenge for me. But some of my friends encouraged & helped me too to overcome problems. I installed a hand pump for water. I used to water more than one lac of plants every day. I, myself grafted roses on my own + other few exotic plants by seed & air layering method. Like that, I got so many experiences. Gradually started adding few saplings, few new varieties of plants as per demand from walk-in clients. For that reason I did my small shade net house to propagate delicate seeds like pines long folia, few flowering seeds ) Fortunately I could propagate a small shrub called Euphorbia pulchirima (poinsettia ) for that I got 1st prize from PUNE ROSE SOCIETY, it was my real achievement
