About Alex
I am a graduate of Glasgow University with a strong degree in French and Portuguese, and I would like to pass on the top-quality knowledge of French to others, to help them learn more about their own language and culture and to inspire them to immerse themselves in international culture in its purest form. I have worked with children from Year 7-11 in secondary schools to hone their French language skills, in written, spoken, and in reading.

Lessons are typically one hour, with a basis in vocabulary and grammar, to build up confidence from the first lesson. Some lessons in more advanced lessons include cultural aspects of the language, building confidence in a wide range of contexts.
Lessons are aimed at adults looking to learn, improve, or refresh their knowledge of languages.
I have been employed as a SEND teaching assistant in secondary schools, and have helped children to improve their language skills in French lessons.
