About Alessia
I recently graduated from Newcastle University with a first-class degree in French, Spanish, and Portuguese. I have been tutoring for 4 years, including teaching English abroad. I have taught a wide range of students, who have all gone on to achieve fantastic results in formal examinations. Having lived abroad, I have first-hand experience of the cultures for each of my languages and know that my language level will be perfect for helping you learn!

My teaching method is very much in tune with the students. My priority when teaching is comprehension, so if a student doesn't understand a specific point I am careful to explain it in detail and set extra homework if necessary. As a languages student myself, I know how unengaging some teachers can be and am keen to make lessons interesting, as this is the key to absorbing grammar and vocab. I can provide real experience of different countries (Spain, France, and Brazil) and am also well-versed in passing exams, having recently graduated with fresh memories of A-Levels.
