About Sophia
I am a friendly and open person, who loves performing arts and reading! I am regularly involved in a lot of musicals (The Addams Family, Legally Blonde, Bring it On etc) as I love performing. I also enjoy spending times with friends, family, and my dog (his name is King and he is a toy poodle).

I believe organisation and planning is key to proper preparation - that is why I will structure a tailored, individualised lesson plan for the student that will cover the syllabus and their needs. Given my own experience of being a remote tutoring student, I understand that the average attention span declines after around 50 minutes which is what I tend to set as the standard amount of time, however, I am willing to be flexible on this. I teach International A level English Literature, History and Law - key subjects for any social-science degree, including the Law Degree (LLB) that I am currently undertaking at Durham University. I achieved A*A*A* in my final exams and almost scored 400/400 for History in particular.
