About Morgan
I'm currently a law student in the University of Bristol, a Russell Group University where I spend a great deal of my time winning debates and writing essays! Having achieved purely A or A* grades throughout my secondary school English experience, culminating in me winning awards at both GCSE and A-level, as well as grants from various organisations to further my creative writing on retreats. As a result of these achievements, I have been called on to aid my peers in their studies, as well as helping younger students develop their ability within the field of English literature.

I believe it is crucial to maintain a lighthearted atmosphere in all aspects of life, which very much translates into my tutoring. A handful of jokes go far when trying to remain interested in the task at hand! I primarily try to guide students without giving them the direct answer, leading them to develop a degree of independent learning within their studies - pointing out that a specific line in a poem may contain a poetic technique without directly telling the student what that technique is so that they focus on a specific area, or asking what the meter of the poem may mean is crucial in allowing them to develop said skills. This has been an effective technique in the past for both aiding my students in the field I am teaching, as well as their overall academic ability.

Details
Rates may vary depending on level of student but never exceed £12 i.e. I may be willing to charge less for a younger student who is struggling with some basics. Travel will never exceed £4.50, and will only apply if the residence I am travelling to is more than 3 miles away from where I am based (Or if the weather is truly truly horrendous!)
