Well since I want to become a math tutor, I will first figure out if the person I'm teaching has a phobia for math. If this is true then I try to make the subject fun and make the student aware that maths is nothing to be afraid of. If the person is not afraid of maths but does not do well then I will help the students to learn how to practice and apply the math they learnt in a formal education setting
