About Malak
I’m currently a first year law student at the University of York. I’ve always loved French and have spoken it with my family and studied it from a very young age. I’m not a native speaker but I would class myself as advanced, specifically more helpful to those who consider themselves to have a lower level in French. This may not be the most academically rigorous setting, but I know that I love to communicate with people and I can promise to give you an easygoing environment where you can learn at your own pace :)

I plan on making my lessons an approachable safe space for any student :) I understand that sometimes, you need a relaxed environment where you can learn from your mistakes and feel open to corrections. I can help with reading comprehension, improving vocabulary, as well as speaking and pronunciation. We’ll use a diverse range of materials such as films and videos, funny articles, and extracts. I’m also more than happy to help tutor in terms of schoolwork or homework, whatever you may need x
