About Lottie
Hi! I'm a Law Student at UoY with a passion for languages and Hispanic culture. I recently achieved an A* in A-level Spanish and, having been a learner myself not long ago, I understand both the challenges and rewards of languages.
My interest in Spanish extends beyond the classroom. I enjoy exploring Spanish-speaking cultures, history, and current affairs. I believe language learning should be engaging, practical and enjoyable so enjoy bringing in real-world context to my lessons.
I want to teach because I know how valuable the right support can be when learning a language. I can relate to the pressures students face and share effective techniques that helped me succeed. Whether you're aiming for top grades, improving confidence, or simply developing a new skill, I'd love to help you achieve your goals and enjoy the process along the way.

My lessons are relaxed, supportive, and tailored to each student's goals. Whether you're preparing for GCSEs or A-levels, building confidence in speaking, or starting completely from scratch, I'll adapt my lessons to suit your individual pace and learning style.
I aim to make my 60 minute lessons enjoyable and interactive, helping students feel comfortable and gain confidence through a combination of grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, and exam practice where appropriate.
My lessons are ideal for beginners, GCSE and A-level students, or anyone looking to improve their conversational Spanish in a friendly and encouraging environment. Having recently completed my own studies, I can offer practical advice on exam preparation as well as language learning.
