About Andre
Hi, I'm André! I have been playing guitar for almost 5 years now. I'm self-taught and I've taken a few guitar classes in high school. I've been playing in bands and doing shows consistently for 3 years now. You might recognize me as the lead guitar player from Iron Cross, who've played around London. I can play and am open to teaching all sorts of varieties of music. I've spent lots of time studying music theory, and can help you apply this knowledge to your playing and music creation. My mission is to grow with my experience in teaching guitar. I am currently offering an introductory rate of $20 an hour. I offer lessons both in-house and on-site. I can arrange to come to you if you live in the area or nearby. I'm currently available during afternoons, evenings, and weekends. My lessons are for beginner/intermediate guitar players. My teaching style is not a one size fits all solution. I tend to take a more personal approach. I want to know what inspired you to play guitar, who your main influences/inspirations are. I want to know what kinds of music you like to play or would like to learn to play. I also take into consideration how long you've been playing, and what your short-term or long-term goals are for your progress. From there I will prepare a curriculum and lesson plans tailored to what you would like to achieve. And if you don't know where to start, I can help you figure that out too :)
