About Saskia
Although I’m new to professional coaching, I have 10 years of leadership, management, and L&D experience. I’m now working towards the ICF Coaching accreditation at Brown University to help individuals realise their full potential. I spend my time leading learning and development strategies in an S&P 500 company. This involves large, global programmes, mentoring, and coaching. I am now expanding my job to delve into career coaching to address anxiety around change and stress at work and assist people in achieving their maximum capabilities. I am eager to guide, inspire, and help individuals navigate life transitions and challenges in a way that feels authentic and good for them.

Here’s a breakdown of some of the elements that we can cover in your coaching sessions. - Exploring short-term and long-term goals and the motivations behind them. - Delve into strategies for career changes or dealing with challenges. -Guide and support you in unlocking your leadership potential and maximising it. - Helping you to investigate potential influential career decisions. - Discuss ideas and challenges that will strengthen your decision-making abilities and boost your confidence. Details: - Session duration: 1st session - 10-15 min introduction/scope +30 min coaching, follow up & normal session duration depending on the client (30 min to 1.5 hours) - Any level of coaching (Beginner to Experienced) - Topics: Career Transitions, Professional Coaching, Leadership and Management, Transitions, Change, General open dialogue to explore different ways of thinking, difficult situations
