About Sruthy
I am a BAMS final-year student with a genuine love for Ayurveda and, more importantly, a love for teaching and sharing what I learn. Throughout my journey, I have realized that many Ayurvedic concepts become much easier when they are explained in a simple and relatable way. I want to share my knowledge with students and curious learners because I believe learning becomes more meaningful when knowledge is shared. Whether you are beginning your BAMS journey or simply interested in understanding Ayurveda, I would love to make that journey easier, clearer and more enjoyable for you.
