About BEATRIZ
Hi! I’m Beatriz, a Brazilian Portuguese teacher and, above all, someone who truly believes in the power of language.
For me, learning a language is about much more than grammar, vocabulary, or getting every sentence right.
It’s about connecting with people, understanding a culture, expressing who you are, and feeling a little more at home wherever you are in the world. I’ve been teaching since 2014, working with students from different backgrounds and with different learning goals.
Over the years, I’ve learned that every student has their own way of learning, and I love creating lessons that make the language feel practical, interesting, and genuinely useful.
As a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker, I can help you not only learn the language, but also understand the culture behind it: everyday expressions, natural pronunciation, real conversations, and all those little details that you won’t always find in a textbook.
Whether you’re learning Portuguese for travel, work, relationships, living in Brazil, connecting with family, or simply because you love the language, I’m here to help you feel more confident using it in real life. And don’t worry about making mistakes.
Mistakes are a natural and important part of learning.
My goal is to create a comfortable space where you can speak, experiment, ask questions, and gradually discover your own voice in Portuguese.
Let’s learn Portuguese not just as a language, but as a way to connect with a whole new world.
I’d love to meet you and be part of your language journey.
