About Gokul
I have been learning and practicing Carnatic classical singing for over 12 years, and my musical journey is still continuing. Music has been a meaningful part of my life, and I genuinely enjoy learning, practicing, and sharing what I have learned with others.
My aim is to make Carnatic music approachable, enjoyable, and easy to understand, especially for beginners. I focus on building a strong foundation in shruti, swaras, rhythm, voice control, and the fundamentals of Carnatic singing, while gradually introducing students to compositions and songs.
I believe every student learns differently, so I keep my lessons patient, encouraging, and adapted to their pace. Whether you are completely new to Carnatic music or simply want to strengthen your basics, I would be happy to guide you through your musical journey.

I offer beginner-friendly Carnatic vocal lessons for students who want to learn Indian classical singing from the fundamentals. We will work on shruti, swaras, voice control, basic exercises, and gradually move towards simple Carnatic compositions. Classes are personalised according to the student's pace and experience. I aim to make learning classical music structured, enjoyable, and easy to understand.
