My teaching method will be like relating my teaching topic with real time examples. I used to ask cross questions while teaching and if I get wrong answer through my student I will explain why it is wrong and then I teach them what is correct answer. If my class contains group of people I make them to answer individually by raising their hand so that their communication increases and fear reduces. I don't bother about their answer whether it may right or wrong.
