About M Sidney
I’m passionate about cooking and love sharing that joy with others. My style can be simple and approachable, or a bit creative and experimental when the mood strikes, but no matter what, I focus on helping students understand each step of a dish so they can apply that knowledge to other recipes and feel confident in the kitchen. I especially enjoy Italian cuisine because of its simplicity and versatility, which makes it easy to experiment and learn foundational skills. My goal is for students to feel accomplished and proud of what they’ve cooked, understand more about how their food comes together, and ultimately enjoy the experience. Cooking is my hobby, my passion, and I love teaching it in a fun, informal way that makes learning easy and enjoyable for everyone.

With 3 years of home cooking and event catering experience, I guide each student step-by-step through simple, practical recipes, teaching techniques you can immediately apply in your own kitchen. Lessons are hands-on and adaptable, allowing you to learn at your own pace, and typically last 1–2 hours, depending on the recipe and your goals. Whether you’re completely new to cooking or looking to gain confidence in preparing everyday meals, I focus on building real skills while keeping the experience fun, practical, and stress-free.
