About Jeanne
Bonjour, my name is Jeanne!
I'm a French language teacher (FFL) and I've been teaching for 5 years. My mother tongue is French and I'm also fluent in English as I've studied in Cambridge, U.K., for 10 years. I lived in Paris for 10 years where I've studied Japanese and language didactics at INALCO and taught French in a language school.
I currently live in Kyoto, Japan, with my Japanese husband and continue to teach French.
For me, teaching is a wonderful job as I can help people reach their goals and achieve their dreams.

I am currently accepting new students. Beginner, intermediate or advanced ? No problem :) I can teach students of all levels (A1-C1/C2), I also teach all age groups.
My current students have been able to improve rapidly their French abilities, be it for school, work or daily life. I've helped many of my students to successfully completed their French examination (GCSE, A level, DELF & DALF).
My approach to teaching is relaxed and fun as I want my students to stay motivated throughout their learning experience. I have as many ways of teaching (Free discussions, French textbooks, personal materials, etc.) as I have students because I believe that each student is unique and therefore learns differently.
