About Jean
I am a native French speaker from France and a multilingual professional, fluent in French, German, and English, with knowledge of Dutch as well. I hold a degree in Applied Foreign Languages (German-English) and have gained international academic and professional experience throughout my career.
As someone who has learned and used several languages myself, I understand the challenges that come with learning a foreign language, especially when it comes to speaking with confidence and expressing yourself naturally.
I enjoy sharing my native language and helping others discover French beyond textbooks. My goal is to create a relaxed and friendly environment where you can practice French, make mistakes without pressure, and gradually become more confident and comfortable communicating in real-life situations.

My lessons are designed for anyone who wants to improve their spoken French and feel more confident communicating in real-life situations. As a native French speaker from France, I focus on helping you speak naturally, using everyday vocabulary, expressions, and phrases that you are likely to hear in real conversations.
Lessons are personalized according to your level, goals, and interests. We can talk about travel, work, hobbies, French culture, everyday life, or any other topics that interest you. I will correct your mistakes when helpful and explain how you can express yourself more naturally in French.
The goal is not simply to study French, but to actually use it and become more comfortable speaking. Whether you are preparing for a trip to France, already have some French and want to become more fluent, or simply want to practice with a native speaker, I will adapt our lessons to your needs.
The first lesson is also a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and decide together how to make the lessons most useful for you.
