About Quentin
I am an independent artist and producer as well as a freelance mix engineer with over 8 years' experience and a degree from Bath Spa University. I have worked with artists such as Katy B, Flux Pavilion, Bkay, Eight9Fly and Jim Legxacy, and I look forward to teaching you key methods and tips I have found to be useful in this time!

Whether you're a complete beginner, taking exams, or looking to be a household name producer/engineer or artist, I'll help you cultivate your skills and turn your sound into something great. If you have a specific area you want to improve, from core mixing skills, to production and anything in between, I'll create a lesson plan and give you material for you to practise in between sessions. I can also use my experience working at Sony Publishing UK to help you nurture your own sound as an artist and show you effective ways to release your music on streaming platforms. The lessons take place online or in person and I'll be using Logic Pro to teach. I look forward to helping you take your skills to the next level!

I have been learning with Quentin for a few months now. Since he’s completely fluent in both English and French, I found this to be incredibly helpful for bridging the two languages and expanding my vocabulary. He teaches how people actually speak in real life situations, not just what’s found in a textbook. He is patient, supportive, and engaging. I think what is so important in a teacher is someone who makes you enjoy the subject - someone who is positive, encouraging and and pushes you the right amount. He does all of these things really well and motivates me to keep on going! Could not recommend him more!!
