About Pauline
Hi! I'm Pauline, a native German speaker with nearly three years of living experience in the United States. During that time, I became fluent in English and developed a deep understanding of both German and American culture, allowing me to explain German in a way that is clear and easy for English speakers to understand.
For almost three years, I worked as an Au Pair and later personal Assistant, where I supported children between three and eighteen years with homework, school assignments, and everyday learning. This experience taught me how to adapt my teaching style to different personalities, learning speeds, and individual needs. I also have experience working with children with ADHD and understand the importance of patience, encouragement, and structured learning.
I am friendly, patient, reliable, and passionate about helping students build confidence. Whether you're learning German for travel, work, school, moving to Germany, or simply for personal interest, I will tailor each lesson to your goals and help you feel comfortable speaking from day one.
