About Shilpa
This is Shilpa from Kerala, India. My family consist of 7 members. Coming to my educational background I have completed my graduation and Masters in Hindi language and done my B.Ed. degree in Hindi language.
I have three years of school experience and 3 to 4 years of online teaching experience. I was also taking home tuition. My hobbies are listening music, travelling, and spending time with my family and friends. I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience. My strength is I am adaptive and I never give up.
And last thing about myself I believe in working smart and work hard because doing hard work on wasted things is just a time waste and it will become just an excuse in our career.

* I always try to improve my communication skills and better serve my students.
* I would try to let them understand Hindi in English and Malayalam and again in Hindi so they can understand all and everything.
* My teaching methodology always includes Phonetics ( pronunciation of Hindi Alphabets), provision of study materials and exercise worksheets for productive and effective learning.
My teaching journey began with traditional classroom settings, where I honed my skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and student engagement.
