About Kay
I decided to offer teaching and guidance around weight loss as I have always struggled myself. Sharing my
Personal experience could help
Someone to make them small changes. I have lost 8 stone and still on my Own journey. I have met people with bypass surgery through NHS and private and I can help with questions around this. I have experience in the public area with families looking at ways to make small changes and highlight areas they may of not realised were not an issue for them.
