About Iryna
Hi! I am from Spain where I just finished my PhD in Psychology. I have been giving lectures at the university for the last three years. I found it so fun and fulfilling that I also started to give private language classes. Studying my whole life made me realize the importance of teaching methodology. Therefore, I try to make my classes very dynamic and practical. After all, it is well known that positive emotions enhance our memory.

Learning is much more entertaining when we perceive the usefulness of what we are learning. Thus, one of the techniques I use the most is based on resolving real-life situations (e.g., ordering in the restaurant or making friends in Ibiza). Gamification is another technique I use in my practice in order to keep high motivation.
