About John
I am a trained professional piano player and composer. My specialty is teaching improvisation and song writing on piano and guitar. I was head of music in a busy secondary school for many years. Creator of 2 rock musicals and 3 albums.

Perfect! John taught me how to understand chords and how to apply them to sound great in just one lesson. John is patient and teaches in a structured way that is easy to understand. He writes everything down so you know exactly what to practice in your week ahead. Excellent teacher
