About Anna
I am a friendly and motivated language tutor with long experience teaching Greek and Russian to adults. My lessons are clear, well organised, and focused on building confidence step by step. My lessons are tailored to each student's needs. Some want to develop all areas - speaking, listening, reading, and writing - while others focus on communication and gaining confidence. I can help you reach your personal goals, whether it's improving conversation, passing an exam, or reading Russian literature. I recommend appropriate textbooks and videos, and create personalised vocabulary lists and other teaching materials for my students. I also encourage using vocabulary apps to reinforce learning. I believe that shorter, more frequent lessons are often more effective than longer, less frequent ones, especially if homework time is limited. One option I offer is 30-minute lessons twice a week, better for steady progress even with limited time for homework, though longer sessions or alternative schedules are also available depending on your goals and availability.
