About Ian
I've given lessons for almost two years now, and have taught groups and individuals of all different ages. My students have reached a Spanish level that they would never expect they would, but only the one's who really wanted to learn the language, as it won't be easy!

My name is Ian and i'm originally from Barcelona but have an English father so i'm trilingual in Spanish, English and Catalan. I give Spanish lessons to a couple of students and English to one person. In my classes I always try and get the best out of the student by doing creative and enjoyable activities and not doing grammar all time! I have been having Spanish lessons with Ian for around 9 months. The lessons are always fun, enjoyable but very informative. I am really happy with how my Spanish has progressed in this time.
He always prepares the lesson beforehand to cater to my individual needs. If i am struggling with certain aspects then Ian has a great knack of trying different ways of teaching until i understand the the subject.
Due to my work commitments, i find it hard to commit to set times during the week. Ian always accommodates the lessons around my schedule which is very helpful.
