About Aishah
My name is Aishah, and I am a native Urdu speaker currently studying at the University of Sussex. Having grown up with Urdu as my primary language and successfully navigating it through both GCSE and A-Level academic tracks, I have a unique perspective on the language—I understand both the formal "textbook" requirements and the way people actually speak in everyday life.
I am passionate about helping others discover the beauty of Urdu. Whether you are looking to connect with your heritage, prepare for an upcoming exam, or simply learn a new language for travel or work, I provide a patient, encouraging, and professional environment.

I am a native Urdu speaker and current University of Sussex student. Having successfully completed both my GCSE and A-level in Urdu, I have a deep understanding of the language's structure, but my true passion lies in teaching it as a living, spoken language.
What to expect in my lessons:
My methodology is conversation-first. I believe the best way to learn is by speaking from day one. I focus on:
- real-life scenarios: Ordering food, meeting family or navigating travel
- pronunciation & flow: helping you sound like a native, not a textbook.
- Cultural Nuance: Understanding the slang and etiquette that exams often miss.
