About Sonia
I have several years of experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language in Montreal to adults, professionals, and children.
I attended Spanish language teaching courses as an assistant at the University de Montreal, where I gained valuable insight into different approaches to teaching Spanish as a second language.
I worked for three years at a school specializing in Spanish as a foreign language. Later, I founded my own Spanish school, where I developed a personalized teaching approach adapted to each student's needs, interests, and learning goals.
I have taught Spanish to executives, and professionals from companies and institutions in Montreal, including SNS-LAVALIN, SCOTIA BANK, ST. MARY's HOSPITAL AND CASACOM.

Today, I bring my experience to a more engaging creative, and culturally enriching approach to learning Spanish. My lessons combine level appropriate, reading, vocabulary in context, useful expressions, reading comprehension, pronunciation, conversation, and Latin American culture.
Through stories, real-life situations, and cultural topics, I help my students understand Spanish in context and gradually gain the confidence to communicate naturally,
My goal is to create a welcoming learning environment where every student can progress at their own pace, feel comfortable speaking Spanish, and enjoy the learning process.
