About Kristen
My goal in this role is to help you meet your learning needs. My favourite part of education is seeing the light bulb moment for students and encouraging them to apply the knowledge they have gained. Not every person leanrs the same and I believe that it is important to meet the student where they are at rather than using standardized approaches to education. I want you to walk away understanding the topic!

I have been been working as a Registered Nurse since 2009 and in nursing education since 2012. My nursing education experience spans from clinical to lab to simulation to lecture. I look for alternative ways to approach teaching and attempt to make explanations of content understandable for all students. I can work with you to meet your learning needs.
I can support nursing students in both RN and RPN/LPN programs. As well as personal support workers.
