About Zulfiqar
I have been teaching programming since 2002 as a teaching assistant. After my masters I started as a Network Administors in the Molecular Biology department of the University of Punjab in 2005. By 2009 I started teaching Perl programming for bioinformatics student with zero computer knowledge and since then have continued till this year.I have moved to UK for the next 3 years.

I mostly use a Low Tech student-centered approach to teaching, teach with my own version of inclusive lecturing in which students have to give input and complete on the spot minor typing/programming. This includes waiting till all students in the group are finished and giving ample time afterward to continue the session. I enforce a minimum of two hours per session.
